Directions for use:
Apply a thin layer over a cured gel polish colour
Cure for 30 seconds
Immediately apply Creative Flow Colour Gel
Create your design using a stick or detailing tool (letters, dots, flowers, etc.)
Observe the blooming / melting effect
Cure once the desired result is achieved
Seal with top coat and cure
Done.
