Directions for use (Blooming Effect with Creative Flow Base):
Apply and cure Creative Flow Base
Immediately apply Creative Flow Colour Gel
Create your design using a stick or detailing tool (letters, dots, flowers, etc.)
Watch the pattern bloom and expand
Cure once the desired effect is achieved
Seal with top coat and cure
Done.

On a finished gel or gel polish nail, paint your design using a fine nail art brush
Cure for 60 seconds
For complex designs, cure in sections
