Directions for use:
 
Apply top no wipe on the nails previously painted with hybrid varnish or built with colored gel (without washing).
As soon as you take your hand out of the lamp, rub Hailey's dust into your nails. You can do this with a hand puppet or fingertip.
Reapply the top and cure to prevent the pollen from rubbing off.
