Application method:
1) rub into the color dispersion layer and then cover with the top coat
2) after the color has hardened, we apply a no wipe top (e.g. quick finish 3)
  then sprinkle with dust on the uncured,
shake off the excess and harden.
The curing time is good to double in this case.
